Remember where I was in the Options

Every time I open the Options dialog, the Layout tab is selected again. TC should provide a checkbox to remember where I was before.

(Sorry if that had been discussed before - I could not find a topic about it.)

So just make a button for temporary use, if you are going to use the same option frequently.
