QuickView as a backround picture with overlay filelist

As an alternative to my wish to make it possible to start Separate QuickView in Always on top mode (and an addition to a wish for locking/sticking files in QuickView,) now I want to suggest a possibility to have a QuickView sisimultaneously in both panels (in each for files from opposite panel,) at least for pictures.
It will be possible if it will work like TWinKey's Background Picture feature. So when user will press Ctrl+Q in one panel, the picture will be opened in opposite panel QuickView, with file names visible on top of it. A switch with Tab key to opposite panel will allow a file navigation on that overlay filelist with keyboard, so it will be possible to call a QuickView from that panel too (where filelist will too become overlay.) As a result user will see 2 pictures in files panels. With file names on top of pictures it won't look very nice, so a command may be added to turn on/off such overlay filenames.
