Scroll tabs using mouse

Can you consider scrolling the tabs left/right using mouse wheel when the pointer hovers over the tab area? (Same functionality as Firefox). Then there's no need for the left/right arrows at the end of the tab row. Replace them with a drop-down arrow for listing all the tabs in a vertical column for quick selection. It would be a great productivity enhancer for those users who have more than a few tabs open.
