show/hide password in encrypt archive functionality

HI all,
one suggestion
is it possible to show the password when creating a new encrypted archive, so as to ease the copy/paste of the password and also open for writing longer passwords. A show/hid button is welcome
always latest 32b TC on a WIN10 64b
