When the FTP connection was lost (which most often happens due to the lack of user activity) and the user tries to resume working with the FTP panel, two unpleasant things happen:
1) the user receives already two message boxes: "Not connected!" (MB_OK - this is definitely superfluous!) and a request to restore the connection. And since the connection to the server disappears quite often, and in 99% of cases the user would like to restore it, I think this messagbox is superfluous, and I ask you to remove it or make it optional through the configuration.
2) after reconnecting, TC, in most cases, forgets about the user's intentions. For example, if the user pressed F3 - F8, this will be forgotten (although if you try to change the directory, TC will remember this operation and perform it after reconnecting).

Re: FTP reconnect confirmation superfluous
I will move this to suggestions since it's not really a bug.
