Hello,
quite frequently I use Total Commander file contents viewer (lister), launched with F3.
From time to time I decide I'd like to edit those, as F4 was pressed.
In order to do that I have to go to to directory panel and press F4 from there.
If my file has been recently opened, that's ok, because I have it on the panel.
But if it's just one of my viewed files, it's troublesome, as I have to navigate to it again.
So I'd like to ask to provide "Edit file" menu option in lister.
Observed in versions up to 9.22.

Re: Launch editor from viewer
I use CudaLister plugin for viewing text or source files.
It has a right click context menü to switch off Read only
and I can edit.

Re: Launch editor from viewer
Thank you.
I wonder if I can have something supported natively in TC.
Regards.
