current behaviour:
if you resize (shrink in this case) the totalcmd window - the buttonbar will wrap, creating a new buttonbar

suggestion:
let the buttonbar behave like the vertical buttonbar already does: create a new sub-menu/sub-bar for the now not-shown-buttons.

You can restrict the max. number of toolbar lines by setting the parameter BarLimitLines in the wincmd.ini section [ButtonBar] accordingly.
Unfortunately, the button bar does not feature a foldout when it is wider than the TC window. I second your suggestion, such a foldout would in my opinion be a useful improvement of the buttonbar.TC Help wrote:BarLimitLines=0 Limits the number of lines (rows) in a button bar. 0 means no limit
