Images centered wrong when Lister maximized

Report from the Russian forum.

1. Start TC with the folliwing fresh INI:

Maximized=1
x=0
y=0
dx=200
dy=200
CenterBitmap=1

(it can be created by saving the Lister window size/position after maximizing it, so it's not an artificial example!)
2. Open any small BMP picture for viewing.
3. The picture is centered not relatively the whole Lister window, but relatively to the left-top rectangle 200x200.

I think this is by design
when you press F3, TC center the image according to dx & dy but it doesn't update image centering when you resize the lister window manually or by maxmizing
