tc7pb3: Menu icons hidden only partially until restart

disabling menu icons (setting IconsInMenus from 17 to 16 via a checkbox) is a bit buggy - it only removes icons from the show menu; when the commander is restarted, icons are properly gone from all menus (tc7pb3, xp-pro-sp1-ie6)

Confirm, but with the internal menu only.

You need to change this via the configuration dialog, otherwise the menu will not be re-loaded. Editing just the ini isn't enough.

Ah, this seems to be a problem with the internal English language only. It works correctly with any translations here...
