Autocomplete is functional even when disabled in options.

- both autocomplete feature need to be disabled of course : Configuration->Options->Operation->Auto-complete path & Auto-append suggested name
- go to the systemroot for this example
- in the command line , enter p char, all seem ok.
- press ctrl+up just to show the command line history
- left the command line, and return to it
- enter the p char again

It seem that showing the command line history re-enable autocomplete functions.

It seems to me too, that the bug has been fixed.
