24² icons displayed incorrectly on Windows 95

24² icons are not displayed correctly in the buttonbar on Windows 95 using the following settings:

[X]Small icons - 24

The same is true for 48² icons. 16² and 32² icons are displayed correctly.

This is how it looks here on Windows 95 (4.00.950.B)

Using the demo program Iconpro all icons are displayed correctly on Windows 95.

Should be fixed in RC5, please test!

This bug has been fixed in TC 7 RC 5.
