TC7rc4 Compare by content: re-Compare leaves old selection

Post by *StatusQuo »

Maybe just cosmetical:
  • Compare two files
  • enter edit mode
  • mark some text in line number 2 or greater
  • press "Compare" button

    => The selection keeps alive, but the cursor jumps to line 1
    (same X position as in the other line before pressing "Compare");
    => Therefore using Shift-cursor does not start selecting at cursor position,
    but select from the beginning of the old selection to the actual cursor position.

Fixed in RC5. :)

On Re-Compare the selection now is removed, the cursor stays in the same line.
