cm_SyncChangeDir and upper/lower case dir names

Post by *roentgen »

Is it a known issue that cm_SyncChangeDir does not work if entering a directory within an archive that has a different case than the same directory in the opposite panel?

My exact test case:

- left panel: c:\temp directory with a 'Plug-ins' subdir
- right panel: desktop\temp.rar with a 'plug-ins' subdir
- activate cm_SyncChangeDir: entering 'Plug-ins' subdir in left panel works as expected. Entering 'plug-ins' subdir in the right panel does not work.

:) Hello !

• Hm… Isn't it rather an issue with the Desktop ?

- I'm not expert at this, but I know that some operations from¦to that virtual folder are not supported … :?

That was just a bad example. I'm using real paths, I was just lazy writing the entire path

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

I could reproduce it and fix it (I was using FindStringExact).
