Wrong timestamp in RAR files modified in other time zone

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

RAR5 format is extensible. It stores Windows UTC FILETIME in extra record of variable length. If users really ask for time zone data, we can append a new field to end of this record not breaking compatibility with previous RAR versions, which start reading from record beginning and skip unknown fields in the end. We can also add a new extra record just for time zone, though it is less space efficient, so I prefer the first solution. But I am yet to see any noticeable amount of such requests. I think, people are used to file systems storing only UTC without time zone and they do not expect the time zone data from archiver.
