[9.50] Translation: the Explorer suffix in Lister is fixed

[9.50] Translation: the Explorer suffix in Lister is fixed

In Russian version of Windows, Explorer has its translated name; in some other languages I suspect that might also be the case. So it would be useful to have that <Explorer> title part (for the mode 8) added to the translation strings.
