[9.50 x32] Applying changed language -> icon in dialog title disappears

The icon and the dialog display now OK in TC950aRC1, but switching to internal English in 32 bit is still slow.

Confirmed fixed in TC 9.50aRC1 :-)

Confirm fixed in TC 9.50 RC1 (icon and dialog position).
Who the hell is General Failure, and why is he reading my disk?
