Long LNG name -> wrong HLP is opened

I copied all Russian language files with new names:

WCMD_RUS_NEW.HLP
WCMD_RUS_NEW.INC
WCMD_RUS_NEW.LNG
WCMD_RUS_NEW.MNU

After that I selected the new LNG file in TC, restarted TC (to be sure). But when I press F1, the standard English help file is loaded instead of WCMD_RUS_NEW.HLP.

When the names are short (WCMD_RUS.*) all works fine, and WCMD_RUS.HLP file is opened.

Sorry, when I tried to post it, the forum engine showed the message "Wrong posting mode" or something similar (don't remember exactly). I checked in the topics list - there was no my message, so I posted it again. I don't know why there appeared two of them...
