Edit files in FTP & archives dialog bugs

1. The button &Background does not react when pressing B or Alt+B.
2. Has no Ctrl+C support (for copying the entire dialog as text).
3. The edited file path is clipped at right side.
4. The title bar of the dialog shows the file name and this is redundant.
5. The path of file edited is selectable inside the dialog. This is inconsistent, either make like this for *ALL* TC dialogs or turn it off.

[2], [3], [4] and [5] apply also to the dialog shown after you press Background

I don't get any dialog in FTP, the file is just opened in my editor (metapad). In archives I am asked whether I want to have the file unpacked and opened in my editor - nothing else, no filenames in that dialog, the titlebar just says "Total Commander" - no filenames there either.

What editor are you guys using. Are you running Choice editor?

Close the editor very quickly after it has been opened (in less than 2 seconds) to emulate a multi-document editor (or simply try to use any multi-document editor like e.g. EmEditor), and you will see this dialog.

I can confirm all items in your list (1-5). I might add that when using the internal English language there is no B hotkey for Background - maybe that's why it doesn't work with the external .lng file either.

In TC7pb3 "Background" is changed to "F2 Background" - with no hotkey - so I guess we can call part 1. of the bug report for fixed.

2., 3., 4. and 5. still applies.
