TC 9.5b5 - Dark mode - scrollbars in Compare by Content not themed

In Dark mode both vertical and horizontal scrollbars in Compare by Content are not dark.

Tested in TC 9.5b5 32bit and 64bit under Windows 7 and Windows 10 1903

Thanks, I will add support for it on Windows 10 1809 and newer.

Currently I cannot add dark scrollbars to compare by content on older versions - the lists are very complex and it messes up the editor.

Confirmed almost fixed in TC 9.5b6 - in the 64bit version under Windows 10 1909, the square in the right corner (where the vertical and the horisontal srollbars meet) is white

I saw that too. Unfortunately I have no idea why it's happening, I send the correct command to get dark scrollbars.
