TC9.50ß8 Editing filename with active "Separate quick view window"

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

TC9.50ß8 Editing filename with active "Separate quick view window"

Post by *juno12 »

Editing the filename with active "Separate quick view window" leads to a change of focus.
After editing there is no selection frame (tested in dark mode), because the quickview window is activated. Focus should stay on TC.

Second point:
After activating the edit mode (even with shift F6 or two clicks), still complete name marked, using the "cursor left" key leaves edit mode (with error sound).

Do you use a lister plugin in that separate view? Some plugins steal the focus, so there is nothing I can do.

Confirmed, thanks.

You are right - its dependent of the used plugin.
Thanks a lot for fixing second point.
