To reproduce:
1. Start Total Commander, open Lister.
2. Make TC window not maximized, so you can see Lister window in background.
3. In TC, switch theme either using Always Enabled/Always disabled options in TC Configuration dialog or with
cm_SwitchDarkmode command:
background Lister window will still use previous TC theme.
Note: after switching to Lister, it will switch to currently used Total Commander theme.
Reproduced in Total Commander 9.50 beta 9 on Vista 32-bit with classic theme.

This is intentional: There could be a lot of open lister Windows. Updating them all at once would block TC for a while, so I prefer to update them only when you switch to them.
