RC4 Copy/Move Error

Thanks for your teriffic app. I am trying to copy a file from /mnt/sdcard/libspeech.so to /system/lib. My souce file on my sdcard is 606.7k and my destination file is 0. Permissions on both files are --- RWX R-X. When I select Copy and then Overwrite TC issues the Copy/Move Error. I have setup the RW button so I don't know what I might be doing wrong.

My phone is a LG Shine Plus running Android 2.3.3 and rooted with Gingerbreak and a custom ROM. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated and thanks again for developing such a great app.
