There are Android MIPS devices, and they are available for a consumer (mass) market. You can find such devices by searching for Android MIPS tablet on the web.

Also the page http://www.ghisler.com/android.htm#download says BlackBerry version is 2.04.1. The BlackBerry World TC page says the version is 1.0.68. Are those different versions, or it is the same version but for BlackBerry World page so called "store version" number is used?

You didn't answer BlackBerry version question. I'm asking because TC for Windows Phone ghisler.com page has notes about store version. The versions in BlackBerry app store and on ghisler.com are different too, so I think some a note on the reason of version difference may be added to BlackBerry TC page.

Now when I have BlackBerry Q10 with Android VM built-in, I'm answering own question about TC version numbers on BlackBerry: TC4A reports different versions to Android VM (version from About screen of TC4A, this one can be visible via built-in "Installed apps" TC4A plugin) and to BlackBerry App Manager/Package Installer/Blackberry World, for example BlackBerry App Manager shows v. 1.0.0.216 for TC4A 2.81 beta 10.
