Post by *Xtrician »

Hi,
It will be very useful if multi-rename tool and synchronize will be added to TC.
Im talking about something similar to the Desktop version.

Thanks.

Currently this isn't planned because of the very limited screen space on most phones.

I too, would very much like to request multi-rename. I don't need it to be like the desktop version, just a very basic and simple multi-rename tool for selected files.

Oh, yes, this would be a great feature for the Android version, a multi renamer.
Could be simple and small, just with the main features: name, part, counter (with step, offset and digits), Date, time, plugin, extension (with parts), extension counter, search & replace (with regex), upper and lower case and save settings.
Just with these few features it would be great!

Possible?

Or is there another app doing this?

Still very demanded, this feature, at least some "abgespeckte" version, which could do the simple things (e.g. parts of the name).
At the moment I use Bulk rename wizard, which is ok, but cannot save on external sd-cards, as the development has stopped long ago, long before that Kitkat-external-sd-superbug of Android.
Please consider that feature request again!
