a useful feature of playlist is to play AND control, in background and in notification area, without the need of the screen to be on.
this has been working great with all my previous mobiles (One plus, Oppo f,9,11 ..etc)
but in Vivo phones (9,11,15) which have Funtouch android OS, this feature is not working.
to control the media list i.e. stop, pause, next or previous, controls are not responding, although they are visible but not responding.
you have to log on to the screan then going to the notification area to control

i hope i got this explained clealry and the old feature can get restored

This is probably caused by some kind of power saving functions.

but i dont think its the case here, since the phone is on and i can see the playlist while still playing but cant control it.
i have to log in to the screen and then going to the playlist and now i can control it.
i maybe not able to describe the case, if its helpful i can share a line to video
