It would be good to have the option "Open" in the context menu for Apps in the Installed apps "folder" - to just start the App.
It would be very useful, for example, in a situation when an application is hidden in the launcher.
In the past there were some Xposed modules with which the application could be opened with click on Settings->Apps->App Info->App Icon, but these modules no longer work in Android 7, 8 and newer.
What do you think?

That sounds like a good idea and will be easy to add - although the installed apps folder isn't meant as an app launcher.
