Compare By Content: maximum line length

Just tried to compare 2 versions of Java property file (text format), it contains some strings and some lines are rather long, for example the 1st line is 16693 characters long.

Compare By Content seems to be restricted to line length of about 16350 characters making it hard to compare such files.

It is hard for me to compare files with lines >4K characters long already, it is quite hard to scroll and locate differences. So it would be good to learn TC to wrap such lines, but don't know how it will work with comparing and editing.

Yes it's pretty uncomfortable with long lines in any case.
I'd also appreciate the possibility to highlight only differing parts of lines, not just the whole lines as it's now.
