8.01 x64- tc popups suddenly appear for commands not entered

Post by *drsolution »

After tc has been running for awhile, popups of TC commands appear such as "no files selected" etc when no command was selected?
Must close with task manager and reboot computer before it will work properly again?

drsolution,
Sounds like some 3rd party software. Perhaps you have some translator program installed?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Actually I have had TC for about 5 or more years(?) and it has always ran just fine UNTIL v8.x...
So I do not understand this "bug"?
Thanks anyway...

drsolution,
Well, you can always try returniong to a previous version to check if it is indeed a problem with 8.01, or try starting TC with a clean INI, or perhaps answer my question.

This problem happened also to some other users who installed an "instant translation" tool.

For example, you get this error message when you press F5 or F6 while the cursor is on [..] and nothing is selected. Maybe the tool assumes that it is in Explorer? F5 would be "Refresh" in Explorer.
