Can't see the problem.
Please explain in more detail.

Maybe "Configuration->Options...->Display: [x] Show hidden/system"?

If you're talking about regular folder, it is not so, TC shows all files until they're hidden/system or in ignore list. So please describe your problem in details.

I think it's just sorting problem - such a files are sorting first, with extension in NAME kolumn.

It's bug or design?

Scroll to the top of the list - your files are probably there!

No problem here creating a file ".log". It's shown as normally as any other file. What are the file's attributes? Is there any filter active (Ctrl+S)? Is TC set to show all files (menu Show > All files (*.*))?

for example: you have a file test.txt. And you delete "test" from the name.Now,you can't see the file in the TC list.

test.txt -> .txt

ziran12,
Please answer which suggestions you have tried but with no luck.
Also please try to reproduce your problem with clean INI: start TOTALCMD.exe with parameter /i=path\to\new_ini.ini.

Please, perform test with directory contains ONLY these 3 files (as you wrote before):

a.log
b.log
.log

(to be sure you see all files)

and with new INI file (as wrote MVV).

@ziran12: Yes, we know that already. But please answer the questions asked and try the suggestions made to see where the problem is on your system. As I said: the files you mentioned are shown normally on my system(s).

Here is how it looks in my TC: http://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/dotlog.png

Maybe you could provide a similar screenshot - that could perhaps give us an idea of what is wrong at your system.

One way to hide such 'nameless', 'extension-only' files, is to ignore '.*'

Configuration > Ignore List > [ .*]

Another one is to use custom filter: Ctrl+F12, |.*.
But it is hard to do this accidentally.
