I just verified that:

1) synchronizing attributes works properly when old access rights of the destination file don't allow modifying it
2) synchronizing attributes works properly when new access rights of the destination file don't allow modifying it

3) synchronizing date/time does not work when old access rights of the destination file don't allow modifying it
4) synchronizing date/time works properly when new access rights of the destination file don't allow modifying it

Thanks for your fixes. It would be great, if you could add 3) to your to-do list.

Yes, it's the same as TC 9.12. I prefer to keep it this way for now.
