9.21: Crash unpacking XZ-packed ZIP archives (and fix!)

A user has reported via e-mail that TC crashes when trying to unpack ZIP/ZIPX archives packed with the XZ method (method 95).

The problem is in tcmdlzma.dll / tclzma64.dll which I recently recompiled, but forgot to export some extra functions needed to unpack XZ.

Solution:
1. Download the new dlls here:
https://www.totalcommander.ch/win/tcmdlzma.zip
2. Close and re-open TC to ensure the dll isn't loaded
3. Unzip the new DLLs to the Total Commander directory.

This should be fixed in Total Commander 9.22 release candidate 1, please test it!
