[9.22x86] Wrong status panel size causes overlapping

When tabs are used, status bar is displayed within tab control component and, and in some cases it overlaps its bottom border due to its height.

Left panel shows the bug (status bar has height 21px), right panel shows fixed status bar (its height is reduced to 20px) so bottom tab control border is visible.

Reproduced on Windows 7 with classic theme and TC 9.22 32-bit.

I cannot reproduce that with classic theme, sorry. What settings do you use to get a frame around the active/inactive panels?
