Tab key doesn't switch panels after QV tab LMB click

To reproduce:
1. Open at least one tab (=tab header) in opposite panel.
2. In source panel, use Ctrl+Q to open some file in QuickView (which will appear in opposite panel with tab).
2.1 Use Tab key in source panel to switch focus to panel with QuickView.
3. Click with left mouse button on a tab header of tab with QuickView window:
Tab key won't switch focus between panels anymore.

Edit: added step 2.1 required to reproduce the issue.

Ok, it seems a correction needed: panel with QuickView must be activated (using Tab keypress in opposite panel) before LMB click on its tab. Then tab key won't switch focus from panel with QV to opposite panel with files.

If I change:

3. Click with left mouse button the active tab header which shows the QuickView:

then I can reproduce it.

Pressing Tab in that situation switches the focus between the tab itself and the Quickview window - if you have enabled "Show test cursor" in Lister, and Quickview is showing a text file, you can see that the cursor disappears for every second tab press.

I can reproduce it when clicking on the header of the currently active tab. It doesn't happen when clicking on any other tab, because this closes quick view.

25.03.19 Fixed: Ctrl+Q, click on active tab header of current tab above the quick view panel -> Tab no longer switched sides (32/64)

I can confirm it fixed. Unfortunately I just found a regression caused by this fix, reported it here: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=52207
