Total Commander

Till version 9.21a TC run with administrator rights if I put in TOTALCMD.EXE.MANIFEST level="requireAdministrator".
From 9.22 this option doesn't work, both levels requireAdministrator and asInvoker ask permission to copy to program files dir.

It never worked to modify the external manifest unless you have your Windows set to prefer external manifests (which it doesn't by default).

You shouldn't run TC as administrator anyway, unless you absolutely need to.
