Everything: number of results differs between TC and Ev.

i found out, that the number of results differs from TC using everything to searching in everything directly.

Well, in TC you specified thumbs.db, where a dot means you want an exact match, so thumbs.db.r1836 is not included. Everything does not use exact match when using a dot.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Searching -> Modifiers

You can use the ev: or ed: prefix in Total Commander to pass a query string directly to Everything.
