OpenInThread=1 Open files/programs from background thread

ScrollingMarginFlags=3 1: Scroll vertical lists, 2: Scroll brief view

OpenInThread=1 prevents from locking up the app if launching another program hangs or takes a long time. It is enabled by default now, and can be disabled via OpenInThread= in case of problems.
