error opening big zip file

I have a +7 GB zip file, which TC can't open.
I am using internal unzipping.

7zip file manager can open it.

Any idea?

First, tell us the version of TC
and what are your settings under Zip Packer ?

Latest 11.51. Just updated from 11.03 just to verify the issue is still there.
It is opening which is an issue.
I didn't zip it - someone else took care of that part.

I am checking with 7zip file manager again and it has an info-button, which tells me there is an "unexpected end of data" in the zip file. So, let's leave it with that.

To Antony: Looks like a perl-script? No idea how to run that.

To Dalai: No, I can not verify or extract. It locks up TC.

It sounds like the central directory is missing or damaged. The central directory is the "table of content" of the ZIP archive located at the end of the archive. When this happens, TC goes through the entire archive file by file to find what's still readable. Since the archive is so big, it can take a while to read it all. Just be patient!
