Running Total Commander for Windows 3.1 on Windows 10

Post by *sebada11 »

Hi, I wanted to run the 16 bit version of TC on Windows 10. Unfortunately, it's still hanging at the beginning. Why?

If your Windows 10 is 4bit (most common) it is not possible to run 16bit programs without installing a 16bit emulator.

I have Windows x64. However, I had installed NTVDMx64. So it should work. I've installed TC for Windows 3.1 but it doesn't start.

Then ask NTVDMx64 why it doesn't.
16-bit TC works on my virtual machine with Windows 10 32-bit.
