Compare Source - Function not supported

I am trying to comare two source files and am getting a pop up window
"Function Not Supported".

This function is described in the FAQ.

Is there something that I am doing wrong?

Additional information. If I go to Sychronize and right click. The comare source is disabled.

File Compare and Synchronize is only available for filesystem to ZIP or FTP.

Other packers are currently not supported.
Binary compare with FTP is currently not supported.
