what is the short key to duplicate a current tab to other window? Thanks.

Place the cursor on a file and:

CTRL+SHIFT+UP Open dir under cursor in other window (new tab)

CTRL+left/right Open directory/archive and display it in the target window. If the cursor is not on a directory name, or the other panel is active, then the current directory is displayed instead.

create a unsercmd.ini, and set a button or short key to this.

Yes, 10 years after the initial post this is an alternative solution for a button or a shortcut assigned to an em_cmd.

7.02.13 Added: Support for multiple internal (cm_xyz) or user-defined (em_xyz) commands on a single button or start menu command: Separate by a comma, e.g. cm_SelectAll,cm_Copy. Not all commands can be chained this way! (32/64)
