I saw it also and thought it was TC Public Beta related.

I plan to send PB1 to private beta testers next Tuesday and release it to the public next Thursday if no big error (causing data loss) is found. All other bugs will have to wait for PB2.

There are none that I can find on the forum and it's not against anything I got in emails.

I guessed that not showing people discussion that's irrelevant for them.
But it doesn't require secrecy.

Well, my common sense disagrees with you, but it is up to Christian to answer. If you look around, nobody has ever quoted anything from the beta forum on the public forum whatsoever. Also, Christian strongly asks users never to quote anything from their private e-mail conversation on the forum.

I personally do not think if someone gives me a password to be able to access some information that it means I can share that information freely, either.

Somehow the discussion about the rules of a 'private' section of the forum on the public section seems weird.

but anyhow, I miss the days of leaked beta's. Used to be quite cool to find them on small sites of computer geeks. Spreading them to friends so they could beta test themselfes. (talking about mid 90's). Internet just isn't the same anymore.... or I'm getting old...
