Hi,
I recently installed Windows 7 x64 Professional and I use now TC8.01 x64.
When I need to access the contextual menu (right click) for a file or directory the TC crash with the following details:

Code: Select all

Problem signature:

  Application Name:	TOTALCMD64.EXE
  Application Version:	8.0.1.0
  Application Timestamp:	00000000
  Fault Module Name:	SHLWAPI.dll
  Fault Module Version:	6.1.7601.17514
  Fault Module Timestamp:	4ce7c9ab
  Exception Code:	c0000005
  Exception Offset:	0000000000011143
  OS Version:	6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
  Locale ID:	1033
  Additional Information 1:	b4c4
  Additional Information 2:	b4c43ea3b74eecd3186de4d516ad9aef
  Additional Information 3:	6e5f
  Additional Information 4:	6e5fd70b1c60e9392e6d4779b9ca351a
It's crashing on either left or right panel.
It is crashing by using either right-click or special key to access the contextual menu.
It is not always crashing.

Hi, see this topic: http://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=35264

Isn't there a way to isolate these crashes, so they don't affect the TC itself? Reports like this are appearing over and over again and people often think it's TC's fault.

Solved
It was an old version of PowerArchiver.
Thanks

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
