Multi Rename Tool: change the defaults settings

Post by *louwin »

(My) defaults - the [E] is ticked and the Upper/lowercase is set to "Unchanged".

Can I set my [E] to unticked and the Upper/lowercase to "First of each work uppercase" by default?

I change these setting each time but it would be nice if I could set the defaults accordingly :)

I had a quick look in the config file but nothing jumped out and bit me ;)

You can save the renaming settings in a profile by pressing F2 and select "Save settings". You can create a button to always load your rename profile when launching MRT by using the command MULTIRENAME <profile_name>.

Also default shortcut may be remapped to such command if you open MRT using keyboard.
