How to sort files before folders?

I Still don't think this qualifies as wrong controls - there are three possibilities:
1. Create separate checksum files for each file
2. Create separate checksum files for each directory
3. Create one checksum file for all selected files and folders = none of the two options checked
With two radio buttons it wouldn't be possible to select the 3rd. possibility.

But I give you that it would have been more correct with three options and mutually exclusive radiobuttons - or a dropdown selectbox with 3 options.

When i have lot of folders i always have to scroll down to see the files. It will be great if there is a option to sort the recently modified files and folders at the top.
