The Newest TCLZMA, UNRAR

The newest LZMA is 18.05. In TC 9.2x TCMDLZMA.DLL TCLZMA64.DLL is still 16.04.

The newest UNRAR is 5.60.0 = 5.60 final (24/06/2018). In 9.2x the version is 5.60.3 = 5.60 beta 3.
