Hi
When I use Ctrl-Shift-F1 to show thumbnails, it shows for JPG image files but not for PDF files, and similar when Ctrl-Q for quick view, then only the JPG files show, but PDF files are shown as binary/text.
How to make Total commander show preview of PDF files ?
Total Commander used is 9.21a.
Thanks and best regards
How to show thumbnail (Ctrl-Shift-F1) or quick view (Ctrl-Q) of e.g. PDF files?

For me the best is the SLister plugin togehter with an actual SumatraPDF installation.

Thanks for the comments.
Just tried the SLister, but could not make it work. No change in icon when doing Ctrl-Shift-F1, and just hangs TC when doing Ctrl-Q and select a PDF.
I have also tried ULister (https://totalcmd.net/plugring/oilister.html), with copy of DLLs to plugins directory, but could not make it work either.

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/enable-pdf-thumbnail-preview-windows-explorer.html
So this may only work if you use a 32 Bit TC.Note:
For Acrobat XI and Reader XI, the thumbnails of PDFs are automatically shown in Windows Explorer on Windows 32-bit systems. However, the same is not supported on Windows 64-bit systems.
with Configurations -> Options...-> Thumbnails:
[x] use Explorer method (OLE) for: [*.* | *.htm *.html]
Or try to activate
[x] Get from Lister-plugin for: [*.*]

Thanks for the suggestions.
The https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/enable-pdf-thumbnail-preview-windows-explorer.html setting did not make any change for thumbnails, but also using 64-bit TC, so probably not expected to work.
For Configurations -> Options...-> Thumbnails, then all the thumbnails settings were already set, so no change here either.

Note: If you run TC as administrator, Acrobat Reader is not accessible from TC because it runs in restricted user mode.
