view file contents in right panel

Hi,

I am new to using Total Commander.

I want to be able to execute following scenario:
1. select a text file in left panel
2. view the contents of the file in the right panel (the file contents is being displayed when the file is selected in the left panel).

Note:
preferably this would be possible for other file formats as well (jpg, png, etc).

How can I achieve this with Total Commander?

Please advice.

Hi and welcome.

As a starting point see menu "SHOW > Quick View Panel"




If you get no preview for an certain file type, you will need to install a plugin.
