TC Copy F5 not showing dialog box with options: overwrite, overwrite all older, etc

Dear TC expert,

my TC version 9.21 and 9.10 not showing a dialog box with options: overwrite, overwrite all older, etc, when copying not empty folders with files insides to another drives with same folders names and files in laptop with OS Windows 10.

I'm still using this function COPY F5 with dialogue box overwrite, overwrite all older, etc, in another laptop with windows 7 for same version TC9.10 (X64)

I wants same behavior (box with options: overwrite, overwrite all older, etc,) when copying to another not empty same folder name in Windows 10.

You are probably getting the Explorer copy method, either because
- you used copy and paste (Ctrl+C, Tab, Ctrl+V)
or
- one of the involved locations is a virtual folder like the desktop or a library
or
- the Explorer method is configured in Configuration - Options - Copy/Delete
