Synchronization of "descript.ion" files

Post by *BORG52 »

Hello,
descript.ion or files.bbs files can be synchronized only if in "File comments --> Preffered type" is descript.ion changed to files.bbs(DOS) (and vice versa).
Switching between two preffered types over TCMD config options before every launch "Synchronize directories" is not user friendly.

Is possibly add directly to "Synchronize directories screen" options "no ignore" for descript.ion or files.bbs?
Thank for reply.

Hello BORG52,
What exactly are you trying to achieve? The comments themselves do get synchronized.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

This is by design:

Code: Select all

! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
! Pt. ! File comments ! Copy comments with files ! Synchronize directories !
! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- !
! 1. ! descript.ion ! [X] ! [ ] without descript.ion !
! 2. ! descript.ion ! [ ] ! [X] with descript.ion !
! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- !

Don't change "Preffered type", just disable "Copy comments with files" instead.
