creat docx file in total commander

hi,

here is how i create a docx file in tc,

- shift + f4
- file name.docx
- press "enter"

but when i click enter, the docx file will be opened by notepad instead of ms office word, each time i have to close the notepad and click enter on the new docx file then it will be opened by ms word.

so, is there anyway to fix this?

Well, one way is to use some tool allowing to use different editors for different extensions, e.g. F4Menu. You have to associate .docx with MS Word in this tool once, and then it will run MS Word when you will try to edit .docx files.
